6 Month Health & Fitness Program
Welcome to the 6 Month Health and Fitness Program. This program is targeted for:
- Type 2 Diabetics
- People that want to lose weight
- Have chronic pain or injuries
- Wanting to improve their fitness
- Improve their confidence
- General improvement in health and quality of life.
In this Program you will be given 5 different phases. Each phase will last for 1 month or 4 weeks and you will be asked to follow the homework in that phase for the entire 4 weeks. Sticking to it every single day until it becomes a behavioural change and habit. They say it takes 3-4 weeks to make or break a habit and this is true. Due to our hectic lives, making slow, methodical, easy changes will prevent us from relapsing back to our old habits. The biggest relapse stage of any fitness program is the first 6 months, which is why this program is designed for 6 months so it gives you time to fail, pick yourself up and get back on track and stay focused on your monthly task.
The program is purposefully designed to target the fundamentals of health, the simple easy changes that the human body requires to function at its best. We focus on foods that will prevent high insulin response which will help with weight loss and the implementation of exercise that contributes to better sleep, decrease insulin and even more weight loss.
Once you have completed one phase you will then move to the next phase and start that, as you move along you will continue to implement the changes you made in the previous month. Your goal is to establish the fundamental behaviours and habits that will improve the lives of those with
- Type 2 Diabetes
- Overweight or obesity
- Have pain or muscle injuries
- Lack of confidence and self-worth
- Lack of fitness and stamina
In addition to the 6 Month Health and Fitness Program you will get body weight exercise programs which can be done anywhere. You will receive levels of exercise programs for:
Depending on your level you can select whichever program works best for you. Throughout the 5 phases there will be guidance to how much exercise you can do, however if you feel you can do more exercise, then go ahead and do it. Otherwise follow the plan in place, be patient trust the process and take your time.
I designed this program not only for the above mentioned conditions, but to make it easy, comfortable and achievable for you to complete which will give you the confidence to do more. This is an investment into your LIFE your long term health. This is not a quick fix; this is about establishing fundamental health changes that will reduce your risk of developing chronic health issues or potentially eliminating your chronic illness that you have right now.
