Welcome to the 28 Day Kickstart your Health Program. The name says it all, 28 days of following weekly targets that are designed to improve your overall health. The 28 Days is broken down into 4 weeks and in each of these weeks you will be focused on achieving the goal or homework that is set for that week. These simple yet fundamental changes are very important for losing weight, maintaining the weight loss, improving your fitness levels and much more.
Once you have completed the week’s challenge you will then move to the next week whilst still maintaining the habitual change you made the previous week to the best of your abilities. You will continue this pattern until you have completed the 4 weeks or 28 days and by the end of the program you will have implemented 4 new healthy changes into your lifestyle.
Starting on your fitness journey can be confusing and intimidating. I designed this program to make it easy, comfortable and achievable for you to complete which will give you the confidence to do more.
